Delete account

Here you can permanently delete your TD Portal account.

What happens when you delete it:

Your Pro licences are blocked. The remaining term is forfeited and not refunded.
All paired devices are removed and fall back to the free edition.
Your data in the TD Cloud is deleted: uploaded tracks and routes including versions, archive, profile, vehicles, interests, friendships and shares.
Data stored only on your devices stays there.
Deletion cannot be undone.

Even without a valid licence or password: enter your account's e-mail address. We will send you a confirmation link.
