A POI (point of interest) is a place like a fuel station, restaurant, hotel or charging point. The built-in super search scans along a loaded track or route for POIs of your chosen categories — for example: every 200 kilometers, look for a fuel station within a 5 kilometer radius. The hits are pinned to the map, so refueling stops are planned before you set off.

The second search mode finds POIs within the current map section: position the search circle on the mini map, choose radius and categories — done. Perfect for questions like 'Where can I get coffee around here?'

Every entry in the POI list has an eye: open and orange means pinned, crossed out means hidden. Pinned POIs are the only ones on the map - on the phone and on the car screen, where they also appear as the “My places” list under “Where to?”. Why the selection? One import easily brings thousands of points, but the car screen shows only a few rows and the map in the car must stay calm. So you pin the handful that belongs to today’s ride: tap the eye, or all at once with the two eyes above the list. The “POIs On/Off” button hides and shows the pinned ones without losing the selection.
