Presets – switch everything at once

A preset is a snapshot of ALL the app's settings — including the map style, routing profile, auto-zoom, tilt, voice prompts and more. That lets you switch your entire setup with two taps, e.g. from 'Car' to 'Motorcycle', from 'Day' to 'Night' or to 'Hiking'.

Ready-made presets are included: Standard, Car, Motorcycle, Motorhome, Bicycle, Hiking and Offline. You create your own by setting everything up the way you like and tapping 'Save' under Settings → Presets. You can also switch quickly right on the map via the sliders button (sliders), which opens the preset picker.

Managing presets faster

The preset picker on the map now has a pencil next to the close button — it takes you straight to the preset list in the settings, just like the routing profiles. The names of the built-in presets and profiles follow the app language; presets you create yourself always keep the name you gave them.
